Today, SSMAT launched a new benefits scheme for its staff. The Trust has purchased a bespoke package through a national business called ‘You at Work’. This includes: childcare vouchers; ‘salary sacrifice’ car leasing; a ‘cycle to work’ scheme; dining / entertainment cards and a wide range of other benefits and discounts. Trust directors recognise how fortunate SSMAT is in having such a strong and committed staff team and hope that colleagues will enjoy the benefits package.
